DVD: State of Play


I love movies about the newspaper business--even when they take MUCHO poetic license like this one. The British version of this movie, which was a six-hour mini series was better and grittier, although the stars weren't as glitzy

My CV includes editing the Arts section of Time Magazine, writing for the still-missed TheaterWeek magazine, teaching arts reporting at the City University of New York’s Graduate School of Journalism and being married to a longtime pit musician.
